It’s hard to keep up with the changes at Disney Orlando

There’s so much happening at Walt Disney World, Florida, at the moment, it’s hard to keep up with the changes.

First, there was the exciting announcement about the huge projects, Star Wars Land and Toy Story Land, the largest reworking of Disney theme park, which is planned to begin in 2016.

Now, the revamped Downtown Disney in Orlando has officially been renamed Disney Springs as work quickly progresses with a host of new attractions. These include the opening of the Indiana Jones themed bar, The Landing: Jock Lindsey’s Hangar Bar, as well as the Morimoto Asia restaurant.

And strap yourself in for more news, as, starting next year, Walt Disney World Resort guest will enjoy Soarin’ Around the World in a 4-D attraction that will take guests on a journey over some of the world’s most unique landscapes.

Then there’s the much-anticipated Frozen Ever After ride, based on the hit films, coming To Epcot also scheduled for 2016.

And that’s without thinking about the updates being made to Universal and other Orlando theme parks, which is a subject for another day.

Garrett Kenny, Chief Executive Officer of Feltrim Group, who was in Los Angeles to hear the announcements about StarWars and ToyStory lands, says Disney Orlando is the world’s leading theme park.

“Property buyers looking for vacation homes want to be in Central Florida because there is so much happening at Disney theme parks, plus Universal, LegoLand, SeaWorld and more. We know Orlando offers much more than theme parks, with a stunning array of attractions, stores, restaurants, golf courses and top sports teams, but many visitors put Disney at the top of their list.

“Buy-to-let investors know how important Disney is to tourists, which is why they choose to look in Central Florida for rental property, and as Feltrim offers a complete real estate management service, international investors can rest assured that their investment income is maximised and their property is well looked after.”

Among Feltrim Group properties within easy reach of Disney is the new luxury lakeside development, Balmoral at Waters Edge, which has just been launched to UK buyers.

The project boasts luxury three to five-bedroomed houses in a 113-acre private gated community featuring natural and man-made lakes and impeccably landscaped gardens and parks, which make perfect vacation homes and rental properties.

Balmoral at Waters Edge features a range of top-class leisure facilities, including a resort-style pool with luxury clubhouse, mini waterpark, lakeside beach, gym and spa, gourmet kitchen, restaurant and more.
