The official opening of the Fountains at ChampionsGate resort, in Orlando, Florida, has been marked with a VIP ceremony and ribbon cutting event.
Garrett Kenny, Chief Executive Officer of leading Central Florida developer and agent, Feltrim Group, cut the ribbon at the Clubhouse during the special event, which was held in conjunction with the Asian Real Estate Association of America (AREAA) and Aston Hotels.
The US$29million Fountains at ChampionsGate development, which has seen significant sales to UK and Chinese investors, features luxury three and four-bedroom Mediterranean-style townhomes, resort-style pools and a fully-equipped clubhouse.
Feltrim Group’s new luxury lakefront resort and community, Balmoral at Water’s Edge, in Haines City, was also unveiled at the event.
Around 100 invited guest attended the event including Matt Bailey, President of Aston Hotels and Resorts, Ken Pierce, Chairman of the local chapter of the Asian Real Estate Association of America (AREAA), Robin Hughes, Director of Business Development from the Kissimmee Chamber of Commerce, Cynthia Conlin, of the Irish American Chamber of Commerce, members of the Haines City Economic Development Commission and Feltrim Group staff and key contacts.
