Orlando’s New Balmoral Resort Featured In Week Long Event in Venezuela

Central Florida’s newest resort and property development Balmoral at Water’s Edge is being showcased all this week at an event at one of Venezuela’s oldest and most emblematic golf clubs; the Valle Arriba Golf Club at is signature event El Abierto Valle Arriba de Golf being held in association with the Venezuelan PGA and the Venezuela Golf Federation (FVG).

Balmoral, a new 115 acre gated private resort of 245 luxury homes each with private pool and furnishing, will also feature amenities such as a water park, clubhouse, restaurant, beach area, many parks and gardens and more. The development is located in the Haines City area only 25 minutes from Disney World and is in close proximity to Lego Land and the famous Southern Dunes Golf Club

The Abierto event is one of the most prestigious of Venezuela’s social calendar. Balmoral’s presence is being organized by Miami real estate firm VIP Florida Brokers who have a long association with introducing high net worth Venezuelan clients to Florida property. Lisbeth Arrellano, broker and owner says that Venezuelan buyers are increasingly looking to Orlando; “What we are seeing is that buyers from areas such as Venezuela and Colombia are now looking to Orlando.
