We’ll email over 50,000 clients your property, and will list it on the local MLS giving you exposure to over 33,000 members. When you’ve agreed on the price all we need is access to the property for viewing and taking some photos.

If you’re staying or living in the property we’ll co-ordinate a time that suits you or the prospective buyer. Or if you’re property is already let we’ll co-ordinate with the tenants and / or property management firm. Ahead of viewings its important to have the property looking well. Makes all the difference!

We’ll always try to get the best deal for you, but keep in mind its not always about the highest offer. Some buyers are able to move more quickly than others. Some may need finance, others not. It all depends on what suits you the best and whether you need to move quickly or not.

Once you’ve accepted an offer we’ll contact your lawyer who will start the contracting process. The buyer’s bank or lender will also value the property, and their lawyer will check the title. A deposit is also normally paid by the buyer at this point. The amount varies. The contract is then signed and the balance of funds are transferred within the agreed time. Then you’re all done!
