A Bustling, Modern Hub

Much is made of the theme parks and the golf. But what about the city of Orlando itself? Orlando is a vibrant modern city and a center for aerospace, life sciences, medicine, business services and more. A great value investment!

Our Offices
Our Orlando Universal Office

From our office across from the front gates of the Universal Studios theme park, we service the Metrowest and International Drive areas around Universal in addition to Downtown Orlando, Sanford, and over to Medical City at Lake Nona. Orlando has been designated a ‘Center of Excellence’ for its embrace of new technologies and industries in partnership with the local government. This, in addition to servicing the tourism industry which is increasing year on year. The greater Orlando area is now attracting approximately 60 million tourists per annum.

The city of Orlando provides a wide range of options for investment and vacation homes. It allows for short-term letting and long term, and can suit all pricing strategies. Most properties are built and there is less new development in the city, though there is some. Properties include high rise condos, vacation homes, single-family homes, refurbishments, and resort properties.

Orlando has a great variety of public, private and charter schools. The areas close to Universal and Downtown Orlando stand out as providing some excellent schools and attracting strong long-term tenants and residents.”

Eating out

The Orlando area of course provides you with a huge range of well-known international chains including the Hard Rock Cafe, Planet Hollywood, Rainforest cafe etc. But it is also noted for some excellent new world restaurants catering to the more discerning tastes, around the Dr. Phillips area and Downtown.

The city of Orlando is well connected via the I-4 and other routes to all the resorts and golf clubs of the greater Orlando area. A course situated in Orlando of particular note is the beautify Ritz-Carlton Golf Club Orlando, Grande Lakes. Designed by Greg Norman the course is challenging but accessible, and it blends wonderfully into the surrounding natural landscape.
