Feltrim Group aims to see Dubai sales take off


The news that daily flights between Dubai, UAE, and Orlando are to begin in September opens up exciting new opportunities for Feltrim Group overseas property sales.

So when a Central Florida business exhibition and trade mission was announced to take advantage of the inaugural Emirates Airlines flight, Feltrim Group was one of the first Central Florida businesses to sign up.

The Florida Dubai Link trade mission will see Feltrim Group Chief Executive Officer, Garrett Kenny, join around 15 other company chiefs on the flight from Orlando International Airport to Dubai on Thursday 3 September.

Feltrim Group will take part in the Central Florida Lifestyle & Investment Expo from 6-7 September, which is planned to attract hundreds of potential investors and business partners, and will promote its exclusive real estate developments, including the newly-launched Balmoral at Water’s Edge, as well as making new contacts and links.

Garrett Kenny says, “Feltrim Group has always seen a high proportion of our developments sold to foreign buyers, notably from China, the UK, Canada and Latin America. Now, we aim to add Dubai to the list.

“Orlando has it all. World-class theme parks and attractions, including Disney and Universal, championship golf courses, top-class stores, restaurants, arts and sports venues and much more. As the number one US tourist destination, it is a must for UAE real estate buyers and investors.”

With each Emirates Airlines flight accommodating 266 passengers on the Boeing 777-200LR, almost 100,000 passengers could be transported to Orlando each year, bringing a big economic boost to Central Florida and the chance of strong real estate sales for Feltrim Group.

It is well-known that when new international flight routes are established, the tourism sector benefits and the real estate industry is not far behind.

The trade mission and expo is being organised by Orlando-based ORB International, with support from the Greater Orlando Aviation Authority and is sponsored by Emirates Airlines. If it is a success it could become an annual event.

The Balmoral at Water’s Edge resort promises to be one of the most attractive developments south of the Disney area. The private gated community includes Tuscan-style architect-designed homes in 113-acres featuring natural and man-made lakes and impeccably landscaped gardens and parks.
